The purpose of this website is to provide a on line service for registering an UK company electronically with the UK Companies House. On our web site we provide general information about UK company structures. We provide as well others service related to company formation.

We guarantee that your company will be registered electronically by our software which was approved by Companies House. In the event of Companies House rejecting an application or submission you will have three days to re-submit the application with appropriate corrections at no extra charge.
